Windows7 x64 許多程式都不支援，其中NETLIMETER就是其中之一，後來在網路上找到有人分享安裝方法，實際測試過後，真的可以使用。將安裝步驟列出讓大家參考。

1. 首先，下載網站上提供的檔案

2. 去官網下載最新的NETLIMITER 3.0 X64 版本

3. 安裝完依照該網站指示置換檔案
1) Run the installer (nl3setup-x64.exe)
2) When netlimiter is installed, go to the installation folder and overwrite "NLClientApp.exe" with the "NLClientApp.exe" from the download folder
3) Run netlimiter.
- The program is cracked for now, but it might get busted some day. To make sure that won't happen, follow the next step.
4) Run taskmanager and go to services tab - Stop the service called nlsvc
5) Replace "nlsvc.exe" in the installation folder, with the "nlsvc.exe" from the download folder

其中比較複雜的是要將CTRL ALT DEL 按下，之後取消 NLSVC 之後再置換檔案
另外也要先解除資料夾的隱藏屬性，才能看到一些資料夾

This works with Windows 7 64x
It does not contain malware or any other dirty things - I use it myself everyday.
